Association Between Serum Levels of Anti-heat Shock Protein 27 Antibody and Liver Cell Injury in Chronic Hepatitis B

چکیده
Heat Shock Protein 27 (HSP27), an anti-HBV factor, exists in the intracellular and extracellular spaces. As inflammatory modulator, serum HSP27 (sHSP27) is associated with elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines a higher likelihood of hepatocellular carcinoma chronic hepatitis. SHSP27 results natural antibody production (anti-HSP27-Ab) that more stable easily detectable compared to sHSP27. We aimed investigate any potential association between anti-HSP27-Ab level hepatitis B (CHB) progression inflammation indicated by liver cell injury HBV replication. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 91 patients CHB 92 individuals without CHB. Following demographic data collection, anti-HSP27-Ab, lipids including total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-C, HDL-C, aminotransferase levels were measured using enzymatic assays participants’ samples. DNA also quantitative PCR patients. Bivariate multivariate analyses showed significantly mean than healthy (0.304 vs. 0.256AU/ml, P value = 0.015). These held significant differences subgroups male patients, at age 50 years above, non-smoking status, levels, hypotriglyceridemia (P < 0.05). However, no difference found copies > provides evidence anti-HSP27 can reflect degree necrosis levels. Regarding incidence rate HBV-associated complications 60-year-old men, monitoring be beneficial managing this group which deserves further investigation.

Hyperglycemia and antibody titres against heat shock protein 27 in traumatic brain injury patients on parenteral nutrition
Objective(s):Hyperglycemia worsens the neuronal death induced by cerebral ischemia. Previous studies demonstrated that diabetic hyperglycemia suppressed the expression of heat shock protein 70 and 60 (HSP70 and 60) in the liver. IgG antibody titres against heat shock protein 27 (anti HSP27) were measured to determine whether hyperglycemia exacerbates ischemic brain damage by suppressing the exp...

OBJECTIVE To assess whether serum anti-heat shock protein 27 (HSP27) antibody levels are associated with micro- and macrovascular complications of type 1 diabetes. RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODS Anti-HSP27 IgG antibody levels were measured in 531 type 1 diabetic subjects recruited as part of the cross-sectional analysis of the EURODIAB Prospective Complications Study. Case subjects (n = 363) wer...

متن کاملHeat Shock Protein 70 Serum Levels Differ Significantly in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis, Liver Cirrhosis, and Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Members of the heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) family play an important role in assisting protein folding, preventing protein aggregation and transport of proteins across membranes under physiological conditions. Following environmental (i.e., irradiation, chemotherapy), physiological (i.e., cell growth, differentiation), and pathophysiological (i.e., inflammation, tumorigenesis) stress, the synt...

Background: Serial measurement of hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA levels in the liver and its relation with liver damage and serum HBV DNA levels are guide to begin and/or end a treatment course. This study evaluated the relationship between liver hepatitis B DNA viral load with liver histology in patients with chronic hepatitis B (HBV). Methods: Thirty patients with chronic anti-Hbe positive ...
